About the Shows:
Since the 1950s, ERA ElectroTech Shows have been a staple of rep-supplier marketing, with each show serving the needs of hundreds of customers. These lunch-time table-top shows provide engineers, project managers and purchasing agents with an onsite (or nearby) display of the latest high tech electronics components, systems and equipment, and continue to be an intergral  part of the vendor-selection process. Attendees meet with 50 OEM product experts and enjoy a complimentary lunch. For Design, Engineering, Production, Purchasing and Management Professionals.
 
Who
Attendees: Engineers, Designers, Managers (Purchasing, Manufacturing).
Exhibitors: Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors
 
What
Field sales engineers answer questions, assist with technical applications and help with customer design and purchasing processes, where applicable. 
 
Why

About Us
ERA is a trade association made up of companies that sell multiple product lines in the electronics industry.  Members are small to mid-sized firms, typically twenty-five or fewer people, who represent manufacturers of all sizes. Our customers range in size from startups to very large manufacturers. 
 

Exhibitor Info
Setup for all shows begins at 9am. Exhibits are open from 11am to 2pm.

Tabletop Display
On the table only.  Tables are 30” X 8’.  Exhibitors may reserve tables at any or all shows.
 
Table Covers
ERA table covers are needed.  If you do not have one, contact Jennifer Chilcote at the ERA Office, 949-631-6288.  Table covers are $100 for ERA members or $150 for non-members.  
 
Promotion
Flyers will be sent to engineers and buyers in show areas.  ERA will promote by mail and email.  Show flyer PDFs are on the chapter website – exhibitors should email a link to customers and prospects.
 
Attendee List
After each show, exhibitors will receive a list of attendees with address, phone, fax, and email.
 
Lunch
A complimentary light lunch will be served from 11am to 2pm for both attendees and exhibitors.
 
Setup/Breakdown
Setup begins at 9am and must be completed by 10:30am. Teardown begins at 2pm and must be completed by 3pm. Early teardown is strongly discouraged.
 
Electricity
Some electrical hookups are available.  If you need electricity, be sure to bring an extension cord.
